Changes in the insurance. Any changes to an insurance by the policyholder will take effect from 1 January. Zorgverzekeraar VGZ must be notified of any such changes by31 December at the latest. The situation described in clause 6.3.5 is excepted from this rule. Instalments for the reimbursements referred to in the clauses will continue as normal.
