Changes in Time or Form of Distribution. (a) A Participant may make a subsequent election to change the time and/or form of a distribution he or she specified in his or her Deferral Agreement under Section 4.1, Section 4.2, and/or a Performance-Based Compensation Deferral Election under Section 4.3, but only if the following conditions are satisfied:
