Changes in Work Plans. Proposed changes to a Work Plan (“Work Plan Changes”) shall be subject to review and approval by the JRC. Each Work Plan Change shall then be written up in documentation setting forth the agreed changes to the applicable task, protocol, specifications, responsibility, timeline or other matter. As used in this Agreement, a Work Plan will be deemed to include any Work Plan Changes with respect thereto.
