Common use of Changes in Work Clause in Contracts

Changes in Work. The CONSULTANT shall not commence any additional work or change the scope of the work until authorized in writing by INDOT. The CONSULTANT shall make no claim for additional compensation or time in the absence of a prior written approval and amendment executed by all signatories hereto. This Contract may be amended, supplemented or modified only by a written document executed in the same manner as this Contract. The CONSULTANT acknowledges that no claim for additional compensation or time may be made by implication, oral agreements, actions, inaction, or course of conduct.
