Changes in Zoning or Restrictive Covenants. Borrower will not (i) initiate, join in or consent to any change in any Laws pertaining to zoning, any restrictive covenant or other restriction which would restrict the Permitted Uses for the Property; (ii) permit the Property to be used to fulfill any requirements of Law for the construction or maintenance of any improvements on property that is not part of the Property; (iii) permit the Property to be used for any purpose not included in the Permitted Use; or (iv) impair the integrity of the Property as a single, legally subdivided zoning lot separate from all other property.
