Common use of CHANGES MADE BY TENANT Clause in Contracts

CHANGES MADE BY TENANT. No changes to the Rental Unit by Tenant are allowed without Landlord's written consent. When Tenant moves out, Landlord may keep, remove or repair any such changes. The cost of removal or repairs and the cost of restoring the Rental Unit is the responsibility of the Tenant. Tenant will not change the locks in the Rental Unit or install any additional locking devices without Landlord's written permission.
