CHANGES OR AMENDMENTS TO AGREEMENT. Should circumstances require that any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement be changed or amended, such change or amendment shall be made in compliance with the current local code, council policy and regulations. If such change does not affect the total payment, the amendment may be made by written agreement signed by both parties. A change which affects total payment provided hereunder, shall be taken to City Council for authorization if at the time of the change the current threshold dollar amounts require City Council action. Otherwise, the change may be made by written agreement signed by both parties.
