Changes Required By Governmental Authority. If changes in the design of the Goods, or the method or requirements for transportation of the Goods are required due to changes in governmental (federal, state or local) requirements after the effective date of this Agreement, then an equitable adjustment shall be made in the price, terms of payment, delivery schedule and other pertinent provisions of this Agreement.
