Common use of Changes Requiring Grant Agreement Amendment Clause in Contracts

Changes Requiring Grant Agreement Amendment. For the following types of revisions to the Revitalization Plan, the Grantee must request prior approval in writing to HUD. Upon HUD approval, the change will be implemented by the execution of an amendment to this Grant Agreement, and shall consist of a revised Form HUD-1044 that defines the changes. (1) change in the total dollar amount of the grant; and/or (2) change in the Development for which funds provided under this Grant Agreement are made available.
