Changes Requiring Grant Agreement Amendment. For the following types of revisions to the Transformation Plan, the Grantee must submit a written request to HUD and must receive HUD’s written authorization prior to making any such changes: 1. change in the total dollar amount of the grant; and/or 2. change in the Development for which funds provided under this Grant Agreement are made available. Upon HUD’s written approval, the change will be implemented by the execution of an amendment to this Grant Agreement, and shall consist of a revised Form HUD-1044 if there is a change in the dollar amount of the grant.
