Changes the CAO text. The parties to the CAO will revise and clarify the text of the new CAO and make technical changes, partially on the basis of agreements made, experiences, amended legislation and jurisprudence, as well as foreseen legislation such as the Wab. All amounts stated are gross amounts; statutorily required payments can or will be withheld from these amounts. Employee organisations will present the above negotiation results to their members with a positive recommendation and inform the employer by 30 June 2019 at the latest about their members' deliberations.
