Common use of Changes to a SOW Clause in Contracts

Changes to a SOW. If Client wants to change a SOW, Client will put such change request in writing. XXXX’S will respond within 10 days as to whether it can perform the requested changes, and will note any additional Fees, and time necessary to accomplish such changes. XXXX’S may, upon 5 business days’ written notice to the Client, request changes to the SOW.
