Common use of Changes to Airport Clause in Contracts

Changes to Airport. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that (a) City shall have the right at all times to change, alter, expand, and contract the Airport, including the Rental Car Facility; (b) City has made no representations, warranties, or covenants to Tenant regarding the design, construction, pedestrian traffic, enplanements, airline locations, or views of the Airport or the Premises. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant acknowledges and agrees that the Airport (i) is currently undergoing, and may from time to time hereafter undergo, renovation, construction, and other Airport modifications; and
