Common use of Changes to Attachment Clause in Contracts

Changes to Attachment. 1 Apple may change the terms of this Attachment 1 at any time by providing notice to You. In order to continue using the APN, You must accept and agree to the new terms of this Agreement or, if presented separately to You by Apple, to the new terms for this Attachment 1. You agree that any new terms for Attachment 1 (whether agreed to separately by You or as part of the Program Agreement) will be incorporated into the Program Agreement. If You do not agree to new terms of this Agreement or Attachment 1, Your use of the APN will be suspended or terminated by Apple. You agree that Your acceptance of such new Agreement terms or revised Attachment 1 may be signified electronically, including without limitation, by Your checking a box or clicking on an “agree” or similar button which may be presented to You in a dialog box that is separate from this Agreement.
