Common use of Changes to Charges Clause in Contracts

Changes to Charges. We may change our fees and charges, including by introducing a new type of fee or charge, to take account of any of the factors listed above at clause 5. 1. Where We make a change to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement, the change will be a fair proportion of the cost of compliance on our business, as reasonably estimated by us. Other changes will respond proportion- ately to changes in our costs. We will not change our charges to cover the same cost twice. In addition to the factors listed above at clause 5.1, We may also change the fees and charges applicable to your Account for reasons which are personal to You. These reasons may be based on a number of factors such as your personal credit risk profile, whether You keep to the terms of this Agreement and the way in which You use the Card and your Account.
