Changes to Commitment Termination Event. Clause (xiv) of Section 2.2(c) of the Original Purchase Agreement is hereby amended and restated, to read in its entirety as follows:
Changes to Commitment Termination Event. (a) Clauses (ii) and (xii) of Section 2.2(c) of the Original Purchase Agreement are each hereby deleted in their entirety and the remaining subsequent clauses are renumbered accordingly.
(b) Clauses (xi), (xii), (xiii) and (xiv) of Section 2.2(c) of the Original Purchase Agreement (after giving effect to the renumbering in clause (a) above) are each hereby amended and restated to read in their entirety as follows:
