Licensee understands that in order to provide the Service and make Licensee’s Content available thereon, Exhaustless may transmit Licensee’s Content across various public networks, in various media, and convert or change Licensee’s Content to comply with technical requirements of connecting networks or devices or computers. Licensee agrees that the license herein permits Exhaustless to take any such actions.
