Changes to Data Processing Terms. Google may change these Data Processing Terms if the change: (a) is expressly permitted by these Data Processing Terms, including as described in Section 15.1 (Changes to URLs); (b) reflects a change in the name or form of a legal entity; (c) is required to comply with applicable law, applicable regulation, a court order or guidance issued by a governmental regulator or agency; or (d) does not: (i) result in a degradation of the overall security of the Processor Services; (ii) expand the scope of, or remove any restrictions on, Google’s processing of Customer Personal Data, as described in Section 5.3 (Google’s Compliance with Instructions); and (iii) otherwise have a material adverse impact on Customer’s rights under these Data Processing Terms, as reasonably determined by Google.
