Changes to Environment. Unisys acknowledges that all changes to City’s IT environment will be managed pursuant to ITIL best practices. Unisys will work with City to finalize an ITIL change management process and ITIL compliant IT architecture no later than one hundred twenty (120) days following the Effective Date.
