Changes To Exhibits To Reflect Changes In Rates. The Collection Rates provided herein are subject to change as set forth below. The Exhibits to this Agreement stating the rates to be charged hereunder shall be amended to reflect changes in the Disposal Charge and in the Consumer Price Index, as provided in this Section. The amended Exhibits shall be filed with the City Clerk, with a copy provided the Contractor, and shall be deemed effective as if fully set forth in this Agreement until subsequently amended as provided hereunder without the necessity of a formal amendment to this Agreement.
