Common use of Changes to Fare Calculation Clause in Contracts

Changes to Fare Calculation. Company reserves the right to change the Fare Calculation at any time in Company’s discretion based upon local market factors, and Company will provide you with notice in the event of changes to the base fare, per minute amounts that would result in a change in the recommended Fare. Continued use of the Envoy America Services after any such change in the Fare Calculation shall constitute your consent to such change.
