Changes to Fare Calculation. Uber reserves the right to change the Fare Calculation at any time in Uber’s discretion based upon local market factors, and Uber will provide notice to Customer in the event of such change that would result in a change in the recommended Fare. Continued use of the Uber Services after any such change in the Fare Calculation shall constitute Customer’s consent to such change.
