Changes to Fee Schedule. Alternative A: HIO may change its Fee Schedule at any time upon [thirty (30)] days prior written notice to Participants.

Any modification to the approach or calculation used in developing the participation fee schedule will be subject to the material amendment provisions of the participation agreement and the associated policies and procedures. Any change to the approach or calculation used will be first approved by the CRISP Board of Directors, who will be advised in this matter by the CRISP Finance Advisory Board.
Changes to Fee Schedule. 7.3.1 Either Party may propose a Fee Schedule change if (i) changes in Applicable Law, Client demands, Performance Metrics, or best practices, as determined by Firm or Provider, materially changes Services required so as to increase or decrease materially the cost of providing the Services; or (ii) the cost to provide the Services increases or decreases materially, whether as a result of increases or decreases in fees charged by third Parties or as a result of an increase or decrease in the volume of Services provided, whether affecting Provider, the industry in which Provider participates or the national, regional or global economy generally. In determining whether there should be a change to the Fee Schedule, all changes in Services or the cost to provide Services shall be considered cumulatively until there is a change to the Fee Schedule reflecting such change.

Changes to the fee schedule will not apply retroactively and will only apply at the conclusion of your subscription term for your subscription renewal. Changes to Fee Schedule. This fee schedule applies to services rendered in the current year and/or until a new fee schedule is issued. Bing Yen & Associates, Inc. reviews and revises our fee schedule periodically. Unless other arrangements have been made, charges for services (including continuing projects initiated in the prior year) will be based on the most recently published fee schedule. INVOICES Invoices will be issued monthly, or at other specified intervals for some projects, and will be payable upon receipt, unless other arrangements have been previously agreed upon. Interest of 1½ percent per month (but not exceeding the maximum rate allowed by law) will be payable on accounts not paid within 30 days. Any attorney's fees or other costs incurred in collecting any delinquent account shall be paid by the client. A retainer of 50 percent of the total fee may be requested for projects with total fees of $5,000 or less or for projects for which the cost of field studies and/or equipment account for more than 30 percent of the total fee. For projects with total fees of less than $5,000, the balance of payment must be paid at the time the report is released to the client.
