Common use of Changes to Fiscal Year Clause in Contracts

Changes to Fiscal Year. The Borrower will not change its fiscal year to end on a date inconsistent with past practice; provided, however, that the Borrower may, upon written notice from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent and upon Administrative Agent’s consent (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, denied or delayed), change the financial reporting convention specified above to any other financial reporting convention reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, in which case the Borrower and the Administrative Agent will, and are hereby authorized by the Lenders to, make any adjustments to this Agreement that are necessary in order to reflect such change in financial reporting.
