Common use of Changes to Form or Time of Distribution Clause in Contracts

Changes to Form or Time of Distribution. Except as provided in Section 2.4, neither the time nor form of distribution of shares of Common Stock with respect to the Restricted Stock Units under this Agreement may be changed, except as may be permitted by the Administrator in accordance with Sections 12.3 and 12.4(b) of the Plan and Section 409A of the Code and the Treasury Regulations thereunder.

Changes to Form or Time of Distribution.
