Common use of Changes to Funds Clause in Contracts

Changes to Funds. Upon request by the Local Lead Agency for changes in its original funding amounts, DMHMRSAS reserves the right to grant additional funds to the Local Lead Agency (if additional funds were requested by the Local Lead Agency) or to reduce the amount of funds previously allocated to the Local Lead Agency (if a reduction was requested by the Local Lead Agency). DMHMRSAS will notify the Local Lead Agency of the amount of funds added to its original funding amounts and what the additional funds may be used for, or the reduction to its original funding, by issuing a letter to the Local Lead Agency. This letter shall be made part of the Contract.
