Changes to Goods. Supplier shall not, without prior consent of NOVALED, make any major changes affecting Goods that could have significant impact upon the form, fit, function, processing performance or the use of the Goods. Supplier shall issue a PCN (Process Change Notification) timely in advance to receive acceptance from NOVALED.
