Common use of Changes to Information Clause in Contracts

Changes to Information. 3.1 NZX or its Information Providers may add or delete Information depending on their operational requirements. NZX will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of changes to Information in accordance with industry good practice. 3.2 NZX agrees to give Licensee at least one hundred and twenty (120) Days’ notice before NZX makes any material changes as described in the Technical Specifications, unless a malfunction, emergency or regulatory requirement precludes the giving of such notice. Licensee shall bear the responsibility and expense of making any resultant changes to the Licensee's Service. 3.3 If Licensee has reason to believe any addition or deletion of Information or change in the relevant Technical Specifications by NZX or any other Information Provider significantly alters the nature of any Information Product or reduces its quality, or requires uneconomic modifications to Licensee’s system(s), Licensee may terminate the Agreement with respect to any Information Product affected by the alteration or deletion, without liability, on at least thirty (30) Days written notice. Any such termination must take effect on or prior to the date of the alteration or deletion.
