Changes to Interest Periods. (a) In respect of a Repayment Instalment, prior to determining the interest rate for the Loan, the Agent may establish an Interest Period that is shorter than the Interest Period selected in the relevant selection notice for a part of the Loan equal to such Repayment Instalment to end on the Repayment Date relating to it and the remaining part of the Loan shall have the Interest Period selected in the relevant selection notice, subject to paragraph 6.1.(d) of Clause 6.1.
