Changes to License Fees. Within ten (10) business days following the adoption of an ordinance (or official acknowledgment of an ordinance approved by voters in an election) creating or modifying a municipal privilege tax license fee, one (1) copy of the ordinance and notification of the effective date of such ordinance shall be sent to City Services at xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. The Department shall not be obligated to begin collection of the new or modified tax license fee any sooner than sixty (60) calendar days after the date the Department received the ordinance from City/Town.
