Changes to Manuals. a. When a system change is subject to the Agency’s written approval, the Health Plan shall draft revisions to the appropriate manuals prior to Agency approval of the change. b. Updates to the electronic version of these manuals shall occur in real time; updates to the printed version of these manuals shall occur within ten (10) business days of the update’s taking effect.
