Changes to New Vehicle Floorplan Limits and New Vehicle Floorplan Dealerships. The Agent and the Company may from time to time agree (without requiring the consent of any Lender or any other Borrower) to (a) increase or decrease the Dealership Loan Limit (or any Dealership Sublimit) for any New Vehicle Floorplan Dealership, (b) change the permitted manufacturers, distributors or brands listed for any New Vehicle Floorplan Dealership; and (c) add or delete New Vehicle Floorplan Dealerships and establish Dealership Loan Limits and permitted manufacturers, distributors and brands for additional New Vehicle Floorplan Dealerships.
