Changes to Organizational Documents. No Loan Party shall amend or permit any amendments to any Loan Party’s Organizational Documents in a manner materially adverse to the Administrative Agent of the Lenders, including, without limitation, any amendment, modification or change to any of Loan Party’s Organizational Documents to effect a division or plan of division pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act (or any similar statute or provision under applicable law).
