Amendments to this Agreement This Agreement may only be amended by the parties in writing.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH For and in consideration of the premises and the purchase of the Securities by the Holders thereof, it is mutually agreed, for the equal and proportionate benefit of all Holders of the Securities or of series thereof, as follows:
Amendments to this Sub-Advisory Agreement This Sub-Advisory Agreement may be amended only by a written instrument approved in writing by all parties hereto.
Amendments to this Subadvisory Agreement This Subadvisory Agreement may be amended by mutual agreement in writing, subject to approval by the Board of Trustees of the Trust and the Fund’s shareholders to the extent required by the Act.
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH as follows 1 The Security Agent hereby acknowledges and declares that, from the date of this Deed, it holds and shall hold the Trust Property on trust for certain of the other Creditors on the terms and basis set out in the Agreement.
