Changes to Performance Indicators. 7.1 TfL and the Service Provider may at any time request a change to any part or all of the Performance Management Regime set out in this Schedule including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, to the Performance Indicators, the Acceptable Service Levels, the bands, the Service Failure Points, the Start Point and/or the End Point of a particular transaction measured against a Performance Indicator and/or the Service Failure Point Values. Any such amendments to the Performance Management Regime, including without limitation, to the Service Levels or PIs, shall be implemented in accordance with Schedule 9 (Change Control Request Procedure).

Any such amendments to the Performance Management Regime, including without limitation, to the Service Levels or Performance Indicators, shall be implemented in accordance with Schedule 9 (Form For Variation).

Changes to Performance Indicators. Not more than once in each Contract Year the Welsh Ministers may, on giving the Supplier at least 3 months’ notice, change the weighting that applies in respect of one or more specific Key Performance Indicators.

Any such amendments to the Performance Management Regime, including without limitation, to the Service Levels or PIs, shall be implemented in accordance with the Change Control Request Procedure.
Changes to Performance Indicators. The provisions of Paragraph 2 of Part A of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Levels) shall apply in relation to any changes to be made to Performance Indicators (including, but without limitation, in respect of any Key Business Events (as defined in accordance with that Schedule)).

Changes to Performance Indicators. Not more than once in each Contract Year the Authority may, on giving the Supplier at least 3 months’ notice: change the weighting that applies in respect of one or more specific Key Performance Indicators; and/or convert one or more: Key Performance Indicators into a Subsidiary Performance Indicator; and/or Subsidiary Performance Indicators into a Key Performance Indicator. The Supplier shall not be entitled to object to any changes made by the Authority under Clause 7.4, or increase the Service Charges as a result of such changes provided that: the total number of Key Performance Indicators does not exceed 27; the principal purpose of the change is to reflect changes in the Authority’s business requirements and/or priorities or to reflect changing industry standards.
