Common use of Changes to Pharmaceutical Schedule Clause in Contracts

Changes to Pharmaceutical Schedule. (1) The Provider acknowledges that the Pharmaceutical Schedule may be changed by PHARMAC. (2) If the Provider is concerned about a change to the Pharmaceutical Schedule made by PHARMAC, it may notify the DHB in writing of its concern, and the DHB will use reasonable endeavours to address it with PHARMAC. (3) If the DHB intends to propose a change to the Pharmaceutical Schedule to PHARMAC, the DHB will engage with provider representative groups in relation to the proposed change.
