Changes to Preliminary Plans. If Tenant makes any subsequent changes or modifications to the approved Preliminary Plans, then Tenant shall submit such changes to Landlord for its approval. Within two (2) business days after receipt of said changes (provided Landlord shall have three (3) business days if such changes are substantial), Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its approval or of any reasonable objections thereto.
