Changes to Product Proposal. Publisher shall notify SCEA promptly in writing in the event of any material proposed change in any portion of the Product Proposal. SCEA’s approval of a Product Proposal shall not obligate Publisher to continue with development or production of the proposed Licensed PSP Product, provided that Publisher must immediately notify SCEA in writing if it discontinues, cancels or otherwise delays past the original scheduled delivery date the development of any proposed Licensed PSP Product.
