Changes to Proffers. The DTC Parcel(s) Owner shall not make any changes to the DTC Retained Proffers that have a material adverse effect on the CFC Assumed Proffers. The CFC Parcel Owner shall not make any changes to the CFC Assumed Proffers that have a material adverse effect on the DTC Retained Proffers.
