Changes to Proposal. Prior to the scheduled due date, a Vendor may change its Proposal by submitting a new proposal with a letter on the firm's letterhead, signed by an authorized agent stating that the new submittal replaces the original. The new submittal must contain the letter and all information as required in the solicitation.
