Changes to Provision. Schools sign up to Spark! provision for a whole year, therefore cancellation mid-year is not allowed. Schools are not required to sign up for Spark! provision each year, therefore EMS will assume that provision will continue unless an EMS102 is received and receipt confirmed by the last day of the spring term of the preceding academic year. For changes to provision for 2021-22 EMS102 must be received by 31 March 2021 For changes to provision for 2022-23 EMS102 must be received by 1 April 2022
