Changes to Reporting Schedule. Changes to the schedules for periodic reporting, the external audit reports and the annual financial reports do not require a formal modification to this Agreement pursuant to paragraph 26.5 and Article XXXIV, and may be changed unilaterally by the Grantor if necessitated by a change in the project schedule or at the discretion of the Grantor. The Grantee may not modify the reporting deliverable schedules in Articles XIII, XIV, XV and XL unilaterally, and must obtain prior written approval from Grantor or the Grant Accountability and Transparency Unit of the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget, if applicable, to change any reporting deadlines. 41.1.
