Changes to Scheduled RDO/PDO Clause Samples

Changes to Scheduled RDO/PDO. (a) The yearly RDO/PDO calendar will be developed and scheduled by the Company in consultation with the Consultative Committee. (b) The Company and an employee, by mutual agreement, may substitute an individual employee’s RDO/PDO for another day off. (c) Where the employer proposes to change a scheduled RDO/PDO: (i) the employer will consult with the Consultative Committee and if the Consultative Committee unanimously endorses the re-scheduling of the RDO/PDO, then this will constitute agreement and the RDO/PDO can be re- scheduled; or (ii) if the Consultative Committee does not unanimously endorse the re- scheduling, then there will be a vote of the affected employees to whom the Agreement applies, and if endorsed by a majority of affected employees, the RDO/PDO can be re-scheduled.
