Changes to Service or Features. Verizon reserves the right to change any of the features or applications offered as part of the Service at any time with or without notice to you. You understand and agree that, unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features offered through or on the Service, including changes and enhancements to existing features, shall be subject to this Agreement.
