CHANGES TO SPECIFICATION; ADDITIONAL SOWS. 3.1 Both parties agree that any changes to a Specification or SOW shall be subject to the written consent of the parties. The parties may agree to develop new Licensed Products pursuant to the terms of this Agreement upon mutual written agreement of the parties to new SOWs, Specifications and other related commercial terms.
