Changes to Tenders. Council may after the Tender Closing Date invite all or any Tenderers to change their Tender to take into account changes to the Tender Documents as may be advised by Council.
Changes to Tenders. Bidders must notify the Authority of any changes in their Tender as soon as reasonably practicable. Full details of the change should be given to the Authority.
Changes to Tenders. 7.1 A Tenderer that has already submitted a Tender may amend its Tender prior to the Closing Time:
(a) For changes to price only, by submitting an amendment via email or fax at the address identified at the beginning of Part B of this Invitation to Tender, identifying a plus or minus variance to the Tenderer's Tender Price; or
(b) in all cases, by delivering a completely new Tender in accordance with Part A to this Invitation to Tender, clearly indicating it replaces the previously submitted Tender. Any such revision must clearly identify the ITT number and the Closing Time. A Tender revision submitted as aforesaid shall effectively amend the Tender and the Regional District shall only review and evaluate the Tender as amended.
