Common use of Changes to the Credit Policies or the Servicing Policy Clause in Contracts

Changes to the Credit Policies or the Servicing Policy. No Credit Party shall make or authorize any changes or modifications to the Credit Policies or the Servicing Policy in a manner adverse to the interests of the Agents or the Lenders under the Credit Documents without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent. The Credit Parties shall provide the Administrative Agent with at least ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice of any other changes or modifications to the Credit Policies or the Servicing Policy that do not require the consent of the Administrative Agent.

The Credit Parties shall provide the Administrative Agent with at least ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice of any other changes or modifications to the Credit Policies or the Servicing Policy that do not require the consent of the Administrative Agent.
