Changes to the Discounts Sample Clauses
The "Changes to the Discounts" clause defines the conditions under which the terms of any discounts provided in the agreement may be modified. Typically, this clause outlines the process for adjusting discount rates, eligibility criteria, or the duration of discounts, and may specify requirements such as advance notice or mutual agreement before changes take effect. Its core function is to provide a clear mechanism for updating discount terms, ensuring both parties understand how and when such changes can occur, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over pricing adjustments.
