Changes to the Research Program. During the course of the Research Program, either or both of the Principal Investigators may find it advantageous to modify the Research Program. Any modifications will be documented and formalized in a written amendment to this Agreement and any such amendment will become effective only if signed by an authorized representative of both parties to this Agreement.
