Changes to the Residence Clause Samples

Changes to the Residence. The Community has the right to change the Residence to meet requirements of any applicable statutes, laws, or regulations. The Residence may not be used in any matter in violation of any zoning ordinances or other governmental law or regulation. To the extent You want to change the Residence, The Community must approve in writing all unit revisions, attachment and improvements, and those revisions, attachments and improvements shall become the property of The Community when You vacate the Residence. The cost of desired unit revisions, attachments and improvements are not part of the Entrance Fee and are therefore non-refundable. Improvements and changes to accommodations will be handled as an addendum to this Residency Agreement.
